Working towards a vision of Diversity and Inclusion in Engineering.
Many organisations are working to increase diversity and inclusion in engineering, STEM and other disciplines where under-represented groups struggle to get a foothold. Towards Vision aims to work collaboratively with companies, government, policy makers, organisations and other interested groups in engineering to clarify a vision of best practice in inclusivity so that we achieve the diversity of thought brought about by welcoming members of the workforce of different gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, background, race, culture, colour, personality, appearance, marital status, work style and experience.

Please get in touch with me, Dawn Bonfield, if you would like to contact me to help your business become more inclusive, or to share your ideas, reports, projects and comments. I look forward to working with you. If you would like to see more of my work on gender diversity in engineering, please visit my website here.
